Commissioning & Training

Commissioning, including pre-commissioning of equipment of our supply, is critical for the successful conclusion of a project. Our approach to this aspect of the work is that the commissioning engineer is always a senior member of the design team on the project. This has obvious advantages and can shorten commissioning time.

To enable the total independence of our clients in the long term maintenance, test and repair of the hardware and application software contained in our proposal, we can provide a tailor made training program to cover all aspects of the system.

We can even use our PLC testing and simulation software to train operators off-plant in a variety of different situations from normal usage through to critical and safety related scenarios that would be too dangerous or costly to perform on live plant.

The final configuration of the program will be dependent on the levels of expertise of the personnel involved and would require detailed discussions with a client to clarify any specific requirements.
